Challenge
A strategy shouldn’t just be read. It needs to be understood, felt and create a shared direction across the organisation.
The challenge was to bring Dansk Standard’s new strategy together in one clear story and make the ambitions, priorities and thinking behind it relevant and engaging.
Solution
We developed a strategy film centred around the people who helped shape the strategy. Through interviews with leadership and key people across the organisation, we brought different perspectives together in one overarching story about where Dansk Standard is heading – and why.
The result was a film that made the strategy more human, tangible and easier to connect with, while creating a shared story about the direction ahead.
